Qualities We're Looking For: A sharp, proactive mindset - someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do
Obsession with systems, structure, and keeping things moving smoothly
Supporting the team on the admin and execution side of content posting - uploading, scheduling, and organizing content across TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram
Helping keep the channel growth engine organized and flowing
Assisting with strategy and experimentation - what's working, what needs testing
Helping build and refine internal processes and automation tools to save time and scale faster
Spotting basic trends and opportunities - and flagging them to the team
A passion for AI / AI-generated content - even better if you're curious about how it's changing content creation
Any experience running social pages, editing short-form video, or using tools like Notion, Zapier, or ChatGPT
