Job Description

Pardgroup, a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in field marketing, retail services and retail design with offices in Italy, UK, Dubai, Ireland, Switzerland, Spain and the USA is looking for a new Social Media Manager to join out team in Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, hands on social media professional who is passionate about content creation, digital storytelling, and building engaging brands across multiple markets.

Position

The new colleague will carry out the following activities:

  • Manage and grow Pardgroup's social media presence across corporate and personal branding channels, ensuring a distinct voice for each;
  • Plan, create, shoot, edit and publish engaging content across Instagram and LinkedIn;
  • Manage content calendars aligned with company news, projects, client work and leadership initiatives;
  • Work closely with the CEO to create content that reflects personal brand, including Reels, Stories and short form video content;
  • Own the full content creation process, from filming and editing to copywriting, scheduling and publishing;
  • Collaborate with leadership and international teams to source content and secure approvals;
  • Monitor engagement and performance across channels, providing regular reporting and recommendations;
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and platform developments, while managing community engagement where appropriate.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience managing social media accounts, with proven results in audience growth and engagement;
  • Native level English with excellent copywriting and communication skills;
  • Strong content creation skills, including smartphone photography, video shooting, reels, and short form video editing;
  • Up to date knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn trends, algorithms, and best practices;
  • Ability to adapt tone of voice across both corporate and personal brand communications;
  • Comfortable managing content from concept to publication, including filming, editing, copywriting, scheduling, and reporting;
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proactive, creative, and confident working with stakeholders across different countries and cultures;
  • Based in Dublin or reachable distance.
Other information

Nice to have:

  • Experience working directly with a founder, executive or personal brand;
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar) for static/carousel posts;
  • Fluency in an additional language;
  • Experience growing a LinkedIn personal or executive profile specifically.
