What you'll be doing Social & Influencers- Content creation: Plan, shoot and edit scroll stopping Reels, TikToks and native video that bring our product ranges to life.
- Platform ownership: Own the strategy and day to day across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest-keeping content fresh, relevant and on brand.
- Influencer management: Find and work with creators who genuinely fit our style, managing relationships and tracking performance across reach, revenue and ROI.
- Community building: Stay close to our audience through DMs and social listening, turning followers into loyal fans of the brand.
- Cross team coordination: Be the go to link between teams, keeping everything aligned, on track and delivered when it needs to be.
- End to end campaign ownership: Take campaigns from initial planning through to go live, keeping everything on track and running to schedule. Work closely with different teams to ensure delivery is seamless, set up and test promo codes, and ensure campaigns land across all the right channels.
- Integrated marketing: Bring together organic social, paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok) and email into one clear, joined up plan that delivers results.
- Email strategy: Curate product selections for CRM campaigns based on seasonal trends and trading opportunities, making sure everything feels on brand and hits the mark.
- Voice of the brand: Get under the skin of our tone of voice and visual identity as we evolve from Furniture123 into our new brand, championing it in everything you do.
- Category leadership: Take ownership of the marketing calendar across our Bathrooms and Furniture, keeping plans clear, relevant and on track.
- Physical & digital: Manage projects across both online and in store-from homepage banners and creative briefs to showroom layouts and signage-making sure everything feels consistent and well executed.
A visual storyteller: You're confident with a camera or mobile and tools like Canva, and you know how to create content that stops people mid scroll.
Technically confident: You're comfortable working in the backend of an e commerce platform, with a strong eye for detail. You can analyse performance and understand the commercial impact of campaigns and promotions.
Data led: You don't just create content because it looks good-you create it because the data shows it works.
Proactive and organised: You've always got ideas, manage your time well, and can juggle a content calendar alongside campaign delivery.
Collaborative: You're approachable, work well with others, and aren't afraid to get stuck in-building strong relationships across teams.
Tools of the Trade- Social Tools: Agora Pulse (or similar) and Pinterest Trends.
- Design: Canva and Creative Briefing.
- General: Microsoft knowledge along with Google Analytics.
