About the Role

We're seeking a creative multitasking person to join our Cascais office, bringing expertise in Social Media and PR activities, 3D visualization, animation, video generation, creating articles and content creation. In addition you will be crafting compelling visual content for our social media and marketing channels. You'll collaborate with our talented team to deliver photorealistic renderings, dynamic animations, and engaging digital assets that elevate MarMarine's and its partners brands. You aspire to make the brand grow and develop innovative business solutions, creating new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Take care of our Social Media needs across our companies.
• Develop Public Relations projects and augment our exposure in the World. (Experience with Mailchimp or equivalent big plus). .
• Help develop photorealistic 3D renderings and animations for yacht exteriors, interiors, and aviation design projects.
• Create and edit high-quality visual content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X), including images, short videos, and motion graphics.
• Experiment with AI-driven design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion) to streamline workflows and innovate creative processes.
• Support photography and videography for marketing campaigns, including on-site shoots at our Cascais studio or client locations. (Experience with Mailchimp a plus).
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and external partners to align visuals with project goals and brand standards.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and online and offline presence.

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills:

• Website content generation and manipulation.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and Affinity) for content creation and editing.
• Knowledge of AI design tools or willingness to learn (e.g., MidJourney, RunwayML, DALL-E).
• Basic photography and videography skills, including lighting and composition.
• Ideally Advanced proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or Cinema 4D).

Soft Skills:

• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and communicate ideas clearly.
• Adaptability to handle diverse tasks, from technical design to marketing content.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3+ years of experience in 3D visualization, animation, or content creation, preferably in yacht, interior, or aviation design.
• Languages: Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken); English (written and spoken), and other languages a plus.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, or visual effects (e.g., particle systems, simulations) is highly desirable. Experience in flying a drone for video capture over Land and Sea is a plus.
