Location: This role is offered on a permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our London office.

We're looking for a purpose-driven and strategic Social Impact Manager to join our Social Impact team. In this exciting role, you'll shape and deliver a global youth skills and employability programme that inspires the next generation of engineers, technologists, and innovators. You'll play a key role in advancing our 2030 ESG goals, building early-career talent pipelines, and strengthening brand advocacy across our global ecosystem.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the development of a globally scalable youth employability programme aligned to RS's ESG and commercial goals.
  • Conduct industry research to identify key skills gaps and shape targeted initiatives.
  • Create a 5-year roadmap to 2030, including KPIs, investment plans, and governance.
  • Manage end-to-end programme delivery, including budgets and third-party partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to build early-career talent pathways.
  • Embed volunteering opportunities for RS employees to support youth development.

About you:

  • Proven experience designing and delivering strategic programmes with measurable impact.
  • Strong understanding of youth employability, early careers, and skills development.
  • Skilled in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and partnerships.
  • Confident in defining KPIs and delivering transparent, data-driven reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across diverse audiences.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to drive engagement and advocacy.
