Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support coordination meetings and delivery of key fund milestones
• Assist fund team to strengthen performance and impact of awardees
• Collect and analyze data for reports and donor updates
• Support programme planning, tracking budgets, and managing documentation
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth fund operations
• Develop and deliver capacity-building programs for awardees
• Manage investment relationships and performance management for relevant awardees
• Complete donor reporting on time and support fund close-out

Requirements

• Primary degree in a relevant area (e.g., business, social science, arts and humanities, or journalism)
• 2 years work experience demonstrating analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Experience in report writing
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other cloud-based systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
