Social-Educational Assistant for IEPA / 80-100% / CDM

IMAD is a pioneering institution and a reference in home care in the canton of Geneva. It provides care, support, prevention, and health promotion services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, to more than number people of all ages, of which 25% are under 65 years old. (CFC ASE) for IEPA / percentage / CDM (8-10 months) for its buildings with supervision for elderly people (IEPA). These include independent housing for seniors, as well as common areas for various activities that allow them to remain autonomous in a secure environment. Your missions and responsibilities:- Welcome and assist seniors in carrying out daily living activities.- Ensure the well-being of seniors by promoting autonomy while respecting personal and social needs.- Identify the needs of seniors regarding their daily lives.- Propose and organize activities while encouraging engagement, and communicate any changes in health conditions to the social manager.- Ensure the proper functioning of the dining room, perform various tasks, and manage maintenance.- Ensure the safety of the building and the residents.Assistant (CFC-ASE) or equivalent qualification.- Minimum X years of professional experience in the field, particularly with knowledge of the Geneva healthcare network.- Sociable and good interpersonal skills.- Experience with the elderly or interest in this demographic.- Perfect command of spoken and written French.- Versatile, autonomous.- Good command of office tools (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).Start date?: To be agreed upon.
