Social Care Workers and Leaders - Children's residential Service

Overview

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting Social Care Leaders and Social Care Workers for a service based in Dublin 8, Dublin 14 and The Curragh, Co, Kildare on behalf of Ireland's leading mainstream children's residential services.

This service supports vulnerable young people between the ages of 11 and 17 in a residential setting.

These contracts are permanent full time working 39 hours per week.

Salary

Social Care Worker Salary:
€40,851 €42,408 €44,326 €45,729 €47,147 €48,572 €50,020 €51,500 €52,998 €54,552 €56,155 €57,217 LSI

Social Care Leader salary
56,915 €58,145 €59,374 €62,652 €63,924 €65,185 €66,465

Premium rates also available on top of the above scale for unsociable hours

Requirements

Applicants must by the closing date of application have the following:

• Be registered in the Social Care Workers Register maintained by the Social Care Workers Registration Board maintained by CORU.
• Or Hold a CORU approved Social Care Worker qualification and have applied for CORU registration (evidence of application will be necessary)
• And BA (Honours) in Social Care/Applied Social Studies/Applied Social Care
• OR Be eligible for registration in the Social Care Workers Register maintained by the Social Care Workers Registration Board maintained by CORU (evidence of application will be necessary)
• And the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of office.
• and have a minimum of three years' experience of working in a Children & Families Service or other relevant environment with a similarly challenging client group.

Candidates must be fully flexible to work across all rosters

And hold a full clean Irish manual drivers license

And be eligible to live and work in Ireland
