Social Care Workers

We're working with a well-established care provider supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, seeking Social Care Workers to join their team.

You'll play a key role in helping individuals live independently, supporting with daily activities, personal care, and community engagement.

The Role:

• Support individuals with day-to-day living
• Assist with personal care and medication
• Encourage independence and social inclusion
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
• Work as part of a supportive team

What we're looking for:

• Minimum Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework (BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent Health/Social Care qualification).
• CORU registration, or proof of application in progress.
• At least 1 year's experience supporting vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Knowledge of current national and sectoral policy developments within disability social care services.
• Ability to implement, review, and contribute to support plans tailored to individual needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Full driver's licence and access to own car essential.
