Social Care Worker: Community Living & Empowerment

Corlann - West Region is seeking a Social Care Worker to support adults with varying needs in campus and community settings. You will provide person-centred care, enable participation in activities and work with teams to promote independence.

The role requires CORU registration or eligibility, a clean driving licence, and fluency in English with IT skills. There is a 39-hour baseline week and 78-hour fortnight with flexible duties across a 14-day roster.
