Applicant Requirements:

• Relevant Social Care qualification (Level 7/8 preferred)
• Permission to work in Ireland
• Experience working within disability, mental health, or community services desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Support service users in developing independent living and social skills
• Facilitate group and individual programmes
• Promote person-centred care and recovery-focused supports
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
