As a Social Care Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centered support in a small residential care setting, empowering individuals to live meaningful, independent lives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver person-centered support that promotes independence, self-care, and life skills
- Supporting community integration by accompanying residents to appointments, social and recreational activities, and family visits
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, laundry, and household duties, while promoting dignity and self-agency
- Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to plan, record, review, and monitor care plans and individual outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records using digital systems and documentation standards
- Upholding HIQA regulations and standards, best practice guidelines, health and safety, and safeguarding policies
- Creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for all residents
- Working in a small residential center supporting a maximum of four residents, ensuring high-quality, individualised care

We are seeking motivated, compassionate, and professional Social Care Workers who are committed to delivering high-quality residential care.
The ideal candidate will have:- A recognised qualification in Social Care / Health Care at QQI Level 7 or higher (or equivalent)
- CORU Registration or proof of active CORU application
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to plan, document, and report effectively
- Confidence in using IT systems for record keeping and care documentation
- A full, clean driving licence (essential)
- A strong understanding of best practice in residential care and of individuals' rights and protection
- Legal right to work in Ireland and successful Garda Vetting
- A professional approach grounded in respect, empathy, flexibility, and initiative
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
