Health Service Executive seeks a Team Leader - Social Care Leader (Corlann Disability Services) to oversee frontline social care teams in Castlerea and surrounding areas. The role focuses on delivering high-quality person-centred support, workforce supervision and coordinated service delivery within the local community.

The position covers Castlerea, Ballintubber, Ballinlough and Cloonfad areas, working with Clonard Services Area Manager and local colleagues to ensure compliant, responsive
