Job Description

Capability Scotland is seeking a Team Leader to support the Service Manager in managing our Day Centre and Community Outreach teams in Perth. You will lead our support teams to provide care and support to adults with complex disabilities, in our day hub and in homes and communities.

Experience leading a social care team is essential, with a SVQ Level 4 in care preferred. Driving licence is advantageous for travel between sites.
