Social Care Leader - Children's Disability Network

The Finglas Children's Disability Network Team provides therapeutic services to children and young people (0 -18) with a range of complex needs arising from a disability within the Finglas Network. The Social Care Leader will provide intervention and support to children and their families, individually or in groups, in conjunction with the wider interdisciplinary team and other relevant agencies.
