Social Care Information Officer: Enquiries & Signposting

Wiltshire Council is seeking an Information Officer to join the Advice and Contact team, delivering high-quality information and signposting for Adult Social Care enquires by telephone, email and online referrals.

You will work in a supportive, collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment, using strong listening and IT skills to analyse and prioritise requests while helping vulnerable adults live as independently as possible.
