Social Care Assistant

Role details: You will work as part of a multi disciplinary team, supporting individuals with the full range of daily living activities, personal care and welfare, along with key worker responsibilities. Experience is preferable but training will be provided. Successful candidates will be expected to work rotational day and night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.
