What you'll do

Vodafone aims to build a $750m Microsoft business by leveraging its global scale. This role involves establishing and leading the 'Microsoft practice', working with key stakeholders and managing a community of approximately 100 Microsoft practitioners across Vodafone markets. The role requires building, managing, and engaging large-scale multi-market programs, influencing stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives for Microsoft solutions.

  • Define and execute the 3-5 year strategy for the Microsoft Practice aligned with global priorities.
  • Maximize investments and leverage Microsoft programs to drive growth.
  • Develop capabilities and embed best practices through training and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead a virtual team comprising representatives from various Microsoft product lines and Vodafone functions.
  • Establish collaborative frameworks and continuous learning mechanisms.
  • Leverage Microsoft partnerships for early access to new technologies and solutions.

Key performance indicators include revenue targets, product launches, customer satisfaction, market visibility, product performance, and compliance.

Who you are
  • Experienced in managing large-scale global programs in a matrix environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and services.
  • Skilled in building technical and commercial capabilities within large organizations.
  • Understanding of Vodafone's global product offerings.
  • Innovative, strategic, and customer-focused with global management experience.
  • Capable of managing P&L and setting pricing strategies.
