Senior Chef de Partie (Progression to Junior Sous / Sous)-Luxury Boutique Hotel, Co. Clare

TOPCHEFS Careers & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a truly exceptional, discreet luxury property in Co. Clare. This is not a "run-of-the-mill" CDP post. It's a Senior Chef de Partie opportunity in a small, high-standard kitchen where the food is the reason guests travel - and where the right chef is being hired with a coherent development plan toward Junior Sous / Sous level within 6-12 months.
