Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Snagging Manager to oversee the final quality and completion phase of residential projects, ensuring all units are delivered snag-free and to the highest standard.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the closing stages of large-scale residential developments, working closely with site teams and subcontractors to ensure a smooth and high-quality handover.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the identification, tracking, and close-out of all snagging items

  • Work closely with Finishing Foremen, site teams, and subcontractors

  • Ensure all units are delivered snag-free prior to handover

  • Monitor and enforce quality standards across all works

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors to complete snag lists on time

  • Carry out regular inspections throughout the finishing phase

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures

  • Maintain accurate snag lists, reports, and site documentation

  • Support the team through BCAR inspections and project handover

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in a Snagging Manager, Finishing Foreman, or similar role

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality residential projects

  • Strong eye for detail and quality control

  • Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades

  • Good understanding of BCAR processes and handover requirements

  • Strong organisation and communication skills
