Responsibilities- Core KPIs: Timely and high quality Market level PCS Operations, Market level Product Prioritisation, Support GM for cadences as needed, Project basis: Horizontal Product Priorities. End to end escalation management with GMPT across product areas for the market through partnership with Regional PCS leadership,
- Strategic Product Partner: Serve as the principal product and solutions advisor for the market to the GM, consolidating product updates, curating market priorities, and shaping narratives for management reviews with a product-first lens.
- Market level Horizontal Product Priorities - Inbound & Outbound: Support scoping of market level cross vertical Product asks/inbound requests as well as drive outbound for products not covered through vertical lens (ex - Custom Identity Deprecation, targeting updates etc.).
- Escalation Management: End to end escalation management with GMPT across product areas for the market through partnership with Regional PCS leadership/GMPT as necessary.
- Drive (Market EUI/FRITES/etc) PCS processes: Define and embed standardized processes within the market, ensuring a holistic view of product updates, priorities, and execution progress in strong coordination with PMM, CSL, and XFN teams.
- Market & RPCS Collaboration: Partner with the PMO for the GM to orchestrate market reviews, vertical deep dives, and cross-functional forums by translating regional PCS plans into actionable market-level priorities, and engage RPCS and XFN leads when needed.
- Insight & Influence: Track and report vertical scores and RPCS program progress in market, monitor performance gaps, and recommend levers to improve adoption and execution.
- Experience in product marketing or client solutions within digital advertising, tech, or media. Prior experience within Bytedance mandatory.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.
- Project Management: Skilled in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
- Program & Process Leadership: Proven track record of building and scaling market processes, orchestrating reviews, and managing large-scale initiatives.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration & XFN Agility: Experience driving alignment across product, sales, operations, and strategy functions in complex, fast-moving environments.
- Adaptability: Comfortable operating in ambiguity, prioritizing across multiple competing initiatives, and pivoting quickly when needed.
