What You'll Be Doing Lead a High-Performing Team
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Executives across SMB and Mid-Market segments
  • Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Support onboarding, performance management, and career development
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, deal coaching, and performance sessions
Drive Revenue & Commercial Success
  • Own team sales targets, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and productivity metrics
  • Ensure consistent execution across inbound and outbound sales activities
  • Support complex opportunities and help sellers navigate negotiations and objections
  • Drive adoption of best-practice sales methodologies and processes
Deliver Operational Excellence
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy
  • Monitor sales quality, customer engagement, and activity performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Promote data-driven decision-making through reporting and analytics
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years' experience in sales, business development, digital advertising, SaaS, technology, or related sectors
  • Previous experience leading, coaching, or managing sales teams
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving team performance
  • Experience working in KPI-driven, high-growth environments
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English (C1+)
