Our client is seeking an experienced Smart Repair specialist to join their professional and friendly team in Huddersfield. You will be responsible for delivering high quality SMART repairs across a range of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed timescales. Key Responsibilities Carry out a wide range of SMART repairs including:

• Cosmetic paintwork
• Windscreen chip repairs
• Alloy wheel refurbishment
• Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
• Maximise productivity and support the smooth running of the workshop
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong working relationships
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste or improve efficiency
• Maintain accurate and compliant repair records
• Work independently and as part of a supportive team

About You

• Minimum 5 years' SMART repair experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering top quality work
• Confident working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Customer focused approach with the ability to build rapport
• Self motivated, resilient, and committed to continuous improvement
• Right to work in the UK
