An opportunity is available for a part time Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly and supportive team in the lovely town of Derby. Role OverviewThe role suits a Veterinary Surgeon with solid experience in general small animal medicine and surgery, and confidence in managing and working up cases. The position is part time, typically between 15 and 30 hours per week, and includes a shared Saturday rota of one in three weekends. There are no out of hours responsibilities, although some sole charge duties may be required. Flexibility is offered in working patterns, with a preference for availability on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general small animal medicine and surgery
- Maintain excellent clinical standards as part of a collaborative and supportive team
- Participate in the shared Saturday rota of one in three weekends as required
- Take on sole charge duties when necessary, without out of hours commitments
