Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine consultations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Participate in a shared rota, working a 4-day week with 1 in 8 weekends and approximately one night per week (with time off in lieu).
  • Manage a varied caseload with the opportunity to develop skills in specific areas, supported by experienced colleagues, including an exotic diplomat and a surgery certificate holder.

About the Candidate:

The client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and supportive team. This RCVS-accredited hospital operates its own out-of-hours service and is committed to delivering a high standard of patient care.

About The Team:

The multidisciplinary team consists of 11 veterinary surgeons and over 20 qualified and experienced nurses, ensuring comprehensive care for a long-standing client base.

The practice provides a wide range of veterinary services, including small animal, exotic, and equine care. The hospital operates seven days a week, ensuring comprehensive and accessible care for its clients.
