Join one of England's most successful hockey clubs. We are looking for a part time Elite Performance Hockey Coach to lead and elevate our Women's 1st Team as they compete in EHL Conference hockey and Premier League indoor.

We're a welcoming, community driven club with a deep history of producing exceptional indoor and outdoor teams. If you're dynamic, experienced, and passionate about driving high performance, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver high-performance coaching sessions.
  • Develop and implement tailored training programmes focusing on technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects of the game.
  • Analyse player performance and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other coaching staff to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to player development.
  • Mentor and support players in their personal and professional growth.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the performance programme.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience coaching.
  • Strong understanding of the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological components of high performance hockey.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Coaching certifications (e.g., England Hockey Level 2/Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Experience with performance analysis tools and techniques.
  • Background in coaching both individual players and teams.
