Skincare Formulation Scientist - Fixed-Term R&D Lead

SC Johnson Professional is seeking a Formulation Chemist - Skincare to lead development of skincare formulations and drive innovations on a global scale. The role focuses on concept-to-design freeze, cross functional collaboration, and technical leadership in scale up and transfer.

You will work closely with the Category Manager to optimize formulations, ensure safety and quality, and deliver consumer benefits while supporting cost savings initiatives and technical improvements.
