Skincare Counter Manager: Lead, Coach & Sell

Liz Earle counter manager position based on our Liz Earle counter in-store. You will advise customers on skincare needs and take responsibility for your counter and team, reporting to the Regional Business Manager.

You will coach, motivate and develop staff to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and deliver personalised consultations while running promotions and ensuring the counter presents the brand at its best.
