Skincare Counter Manager - Lead & Inspire Your Team

Boots UK is seeking a Liz Earle Counter Manager to lead the counter team on a Liz Earle counter in-store. You will coach staff, deliver personalised skincare consultations, and drive sales through promotions while maintaining a best-in-class counter presentation.

You will report to the Regional Business Manager and be responsible for achieving targets, developing your team through the Skin School programme, and upholding the Liz Earle brand standards at the counter.
