Skilled Production Operator: 12h Day Shift + Bonus

Barfoots of Botley is seeking a Skilled Operator for 12-hour day shifts on a rotating 4-on 4-off schedule. Shifts run 6am-6pm or 7am-7pm at our site in PO21 3PX. You will work across production lines, operating and adjusting machinery and supporting quality checks.

Full induction and training on Food Safety Level 2, Allergen Control, Manual Handling and COSHH will be provided. A team-focused, safety-conscious environment with opportunities for development and progression awaits.
