Location: Mansfield

Rate: £41.25 per hour umbrella PAYE
Start: Ideally 1st September Interviews: Available tomorrow or Friday

Essential

• Project Manager / Construction Manager background
• Strong M&E experience
• Client/customer-facing experience
• DBS clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Black CSCS Card
• SMSTS

Desirable

• Healthcare project experience (preferred but not essential)
• Exposure to design coordination and drawings
• Small works/project delivery experience within live environments

Project

• Small works programme
• Candidate must be comfortable working in a live healthcare environment and liaising with stakeholders.
