We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.

We are seeking a Sixth Form Administrator.
This is a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Sixth Form provision, providing high quality administrative support to students, staff, and leaders. You will be at the heart of Sixth Form operations, helping to maintain excellent communication, organisation, and student experience.
Key Responsibilities- Providing day to day administrative support to the Sixth Form team
- Managing student attendance, records, and data accurately and confidentially
- Supporting UCAS applications and progression processes
- Assisting with timetabling, enrolment, and examination administration
- Acting as a first point of contact for Sixth Form students and parents
- Supporting events such as open evenings, enrolment, and results days
- Maintaining effective communication between staff, students, and external agencies
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident in using IT systems and Microsoft Office
- Professional, approachable, and able to communicate effectively
- Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Committed to supporting young people in achieving their goals
- Calm, reliable, and solution focused in a busy environment
Previous experience in a school or administrative/ reprographics setting is desirable but not essential.
