We arelookingtoappointaproactiveSite Supervisorwith customer serviceand people skillsattheforefront of all they dotomaintainasafe,cleanandsecureshoppingenvironmentfor all our customersandteam.SIADSor SGLicencerequired.

Job Spec

• Carryoutperiodicduties as outlined in the site Assignment Instructions
• Be present oncentremallto ensure a safe,cleanand secure environmentis maintained
• Conduct patrols covering all areas of themalland serviceareas
• Take an active role in emergency situations including first aid and fire warden
• Oversee external contractormanagement to ensure safe working practices
• Maintain cleaning standards on site.
• Working directly withCentreManagerensureall periodic compliance checks are completed.
• Manage site team ensuring all scheduling, HR and payroll tasks are completed andsubmittedin line with company submission dates.

Candidate requirements

• Enjoy working part of a team as well as the ability to work independently to reach the shared goal
• Good communication skills both written and verbal toassistwithaccuratereport writing
• Excellent time management
• Smart,well-groomedand confident
• Conflict Management aware
• High level of customer care awareness
• Familiar with patrolling andmonitoring fromboth a loss prevention aspect and health & safety
• SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guardlicence
• Previous Security/Cleaning supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience of MS office applications.
