This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join a values-driven team working on high-profile, site-based projects. You'll report directly to the Contracts Manager and play a key part in site safety, coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Your New Job:

As Site Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Your role involves supporting the Contracts Manager in planning, resource allocation, and scheduling, as well as acting as a main point of contact for site teams, clients, and subcontractors. You'll contribute to a positive, efficient, and quality-focused working environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure PPE and site equipment are available and correctly used
  • Champion a strong health and safety culture
  • Support site planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate crane access and positioning
  • Keep method statements updated and accessible
  • Conduct site inductions and regular toolbox talks
  • Manage site documentation (labour, equipment, diaries, deliveries)
  • Liaise with subcontractors for smooth daily operations
  • Support snagging, change management, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with Design and Production teams
  • Report and follow up on site errors and quality
  • Attend site meetings, documenting actions and updates
  • Mentor and support Assistant Site Technicians
  • Build strong relationships with clients and teams
What Are We Looking For?:
  • Proven experience in a site supervisory role
  • Valid CSCS card (essential)
  • Experience with external facades and cladding is an advantage
  • Commercial awareness and financial process understanding
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • High attention to detail; safety and quality focused
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT systems
  • Team player in a project-based environment
