Site Sub-Agent: Pumping Station Civil Lead

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking an experienced Sub Agent for a major pumping station project in Benacre. You will lead a section of works, mentor Section and Site Engineers, and ensure safe, compliant delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, HSE expertise, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement on site. A CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS are preferred, with opportunities to contribute to critical infrastructure delivery.
