As a Site Procurement Manager for the Amazon Fulfillment Center team, you will own the site's indirect procurement operations, including forecasting, inventory management, purchase order management, and vendor management of third-party service providers. You will lead supplier KPI and metrics reporting, collaborate with stakeholders to identify deviations and improvement areas, and provide procurement leadership to drive efficiencies at the site(s).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with the Regional Procurement Operations Manager to support procurement activities such as forecasting non-inventory products, managing inventory, non-inventory flow and space models, cycle counts, supplier management, procurement transactions, and expediting.
2. Lead a team of non-inventory receivers to ensure adequate resources and successful operations.
3. Develop expertise in non-inventory items and promote best practices across similar facilities.
4. Manage KPIs to monitor, control, and benchmark procurement processes, including creating recurring reports to identify areas for improvement.
5. Build relationships within the building and across the network to facilitate sharing and implementation of best practices.
6. Track actual versus planned savings; develop action plans and solutions as savings trends are identified.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to develop innovative procurement solutions supporting operations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• At least 2 years of program or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
• Experience with MS Access and SQL
• Experience in requirements gathering and creating detailed requirement documents
