Site Optimisation Lead: AI-Driven Growth & Experiments

NET-A-PORTER is seeking a Site Optimisation Lead in London to identify and prioritise opportunities that boost conversion, engagement and discovery. You will build a structured experimentation framework and translate insights into actionable recommendations across NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER.

You will partner with Trading and User Behaviour teams to refine ranking strategies and onsite discovery, using AI capabilities and Vertex tooling.
