- Oversee a site with over 65 team members, including Department Managers across food, retail, and service.
- Champion operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and brand standards across 5 brands.
- Drive commercial success through strategic planning, cost control, and P&L ownership.
- Build a culture of empowerment, recognition, and continuous development.
- Proven success in multi-site or high-volume operations (retail, hospitality, catering), delivering £5million and above in turnover.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands on experience in budgeting and financial performance
- A people first leader who inspires, coaches, and builds high performing teams
- Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and influencing skills
