We on the hunt for a Site Operations Manager who's as passionate about great service as we are.Key responsibilities:Previous experience in a management roleExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) - ability to communicate at all levels in an organisation. Ability to solve problems before they escalate Strong numerical ability with commercial understanding (margin, profit, etc.) Excellent presentation skills - ability to present effectively to senior management Proven ability to utilise resources to achieve resultsProven ability to influence key decision makers to achieve results Excellent Planning & organisational skillsBudget management experience Manufacturing and operational qualifications, such as WCM, Lean, 6Sigma. Practical and Technical qualifications such IOSH or NEBOSH Minimum 5 years manufacturing operations experience and knowledge of EHS legislation and practice.
