Tarmac Trading Limited in Nuneaton is seeking a Site Manager for our Packed Products Site. You will own operations, drive safety, quality and cost targets, and lead a team to deliver on-time, in-full product fulfilment.

You will manage budgets, support continuous improvement, maintain site systems and accreditations, and collaborate with fulfilment, logistics and commercial teams to enhance performance.
