About the Role

As a Site Manager, you will play a vital role in the execution of complex construction and utility projects. You'll be responsible for managing site operations to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations and supervising onsite teams and subcontractors, ensuring all work complies with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Managing site logistics, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Acting as the interface with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to report progress and resolve issues.
• Monitoring budgets, productivity, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience as a Site Manager in the utilities, construction, or engineering sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and fast-paced project environments.
• Knowledge of UK construction regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Flexibility to work nationwide, with the ability to travel and stay away from home when required.
