Job Description
Site Manager (Social Housing) - Leeds / Bradford

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Key Benefits

Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage day to day site operations on a social housing site, reporting to a Contracts Manager
  • Coordinate kitchens, bathrooms and additional internal and external works
  • Produce progress reports, monitor schedules and document quality control
  • Plan and manage subcontractors and direct staff
  • Carry out site inductions and toolbox talks
  • Ensure site materials are ordered within lead times to maintain a constant flow of work
  • Conduct site walks/visits to verify health and safety compliance and perform quality checks
Knowledge & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Site Manager on similar schemes
  • Full UK driving licence
  • SMSTS and First Aid certificates
