A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a brand-new 200-unit housing development in Saggart.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a major project from day one and play a key role in delivering a high-quality residential scheme from the ground up. The successful candidate will be joining a well-established developer with a strong pipeline of work across Dublin and the surrounding areas.
The RoleAs Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all site activities from commencement through to completion
- Coordinating subcontractors and site personnel
- Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Monitoring programme schedules and project milestones
- Managing quality control and inspections
- Liaising with the Project Manager, design team and senior management
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with specifications and programme requirements
- Maintaining accurate site records and reporting
Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Relevant construction qualifications and certifications
