Job Description
Site Manager - Residential Housing (Co. Down) Managing day-to-day site operations, subcontractors and trades Driving programme to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery Maintaining high standards of quality, health & safety and site presentation Coordinating with commercial, technical and sales teams Managing inspections, reporting and handovers This is a long-term role on a flagship scheme.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing projects Experience on medium to large-scale developments (100+ units preferred) Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills Solid understanding of build sequencing, quality control and H&S Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates Local NI residential experience is highly desirable.
