Site Manager Required

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a school project in Basingstoke. The primary responsibility will be to manage the dismantling and clearance of scaffolding over a three-week period. A DBS check is preferred. The role requires attention to other aspects of the site as needed.
You must have the ability to work on your own initiative, make decisions, and possess experience in a similar position. A strong knowledge of and commitment to health and safety, RAMS, and providing two sources of references are essential. The candidate should work well under pressure, manage varying tasks, oversee subcontractors, and work towards targets. Reliability and hard work are also important qualities.
Experience & Qualifications
- SSSTS / SMSTS Qualification (required)
- CSCS Card (required)
- Valid and Clear Enhanced DBS (preferred)
- Clean Driving License (required)
