Our client, a well-established and highly regarded contractor in the construction industry, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a residential project in South Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an industry leader who has a significant pipeline of projects in the area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on residential developments, with particular emphasis on RC (Reinforced Concrete) frame construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee all aspects of site safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and the site team to maintain effective communication and a smooth workflow.
• Monitor site progress and quality standards, reporting to senior management.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Ensure accurate site records and documentation are maintained.
• Resolve any issues or challenges on-site promptly, maintaining project momentum.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects.
• Strong background in RC frame construction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety procedures on-site.
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate various stakeholders effectively.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
