Job Description
Site Manager required for our client in Louth. 
As a Site Manager, you will:
- Guide your site team from conception to completion
- Liaise with clients and professional staff to report progress
- Prepare site reports, designs, and drawings for architects and professional staff
- Ensure all HSEQ, and other on-site policies and procedures are correctly followed
Key requirements:
- Extensive experience with a building or main contractor
- Experience working on large projects
- Strong analytical skills and adept decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, as well as industry-specific software.
- Min 5-years experience in similar role
- Rail experience preferred but not essential
