Site Manager (Housing) - Lead High-Volume Builds & Onsite Team

Gleeson is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a high-volume, on-site construction team delivering affordable housing. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate with the Sales team, and uphold Gleeson's values of passion, collaboration and respect while keeping projects on time and within budget.

The role requires strong knowledge of build programmes, NHBC standards, and safety, with responsibilities including inspections and handovers.
