Job Description
Site Manager (Housing) 
Dalkey,South Dublin
€90-100k + Bonus, Transport/Car Allowance
Required for a well-established residential developer undertaking 20+ luxury houses in Dalkey, South Dublin.
Role- Manage all on-site construction activities from site setup through to project completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
- Ensure work is completed to programme and quality standards.
- Monitor progress and produce regular site reports.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Manage site logistics, materials, and deliveries.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, local authorities, and utility providers.
- Resolve technical and operational issues on site.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and warranty provider requirements.
