Site Manager (Fit Out)

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead restaurant and hospitality fit-out projects across the UK and Ireland.

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus bonus, van, fuel card, night allowance and other benefits such as medical, training & development, progression opportunities and supportive environment.

• Lead site-based work on fast-food, restaurant and hospitality projects.
• Travel regularly and stay away across the UK for extended periods.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
• Support team through training and progression opportunities.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and safety standards.

• Experience in fast-food, restaurant or hospitality fit-out projects.
• Professional qualifications: SMSTS and CSCS (or equivalent).
• Full driving licence and ability to travel.
• Can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to undertake further training and support for additional qualifications.
